You've been at this since 2008 and people trust you. From the outside, most of what that pays you runs through YouTube. I want to help you turn it into things you own and sell. You keep filming. I do the rest.
First 30 days. All of it comes from videos you already made.
One link under every video. Someone types in an email and gets a short PDF. Your AR-15 First Time Buyers Guide and Top 5 Military Surplus Rifles videos each pulled close to 300K views, so we start there.
The list belongs to you. If YouTube changes the rules again, you can still reach your people.
Same topics, more depth. A full milsurp field guide. A bench setup guide for a small shop like the one you just built. I write them from your videos and you check them. We test the prices.
You posted that gunsmithing and reloading is the content you love making. It's also the stuff nobody can fake. Members get your bench lessons in order, a place to ask questions, and a live session with you.
It runs on a site called Skool, and it already works for other firearms instructors. One handgun instructor has 656 members at $28 a month. A rifle and pistol group has 138 at $35.
2,563 people follow your Patreon and 157 of them still pay, more than six years after the last post. One "I'm back" post and something new each month, and a lot more of them would.
You already told your audience it's happening. Sell seats to it. I set up the signup page, take the payments and keep the list of who's coming.
Once the first things are selling.
YouTube's branded content rules now list "weapons or ammunition" as prohibited, and the rule covers the whole video. You know this better than I do. It shuts out gun and ammo companies paying for a spot in your videos, so the income has to come from things you own.
I checked. Gun communities are allowed, and paid ones are running there today. What you can't do is sell weapons or ammunition through it. We'd sell teaching and membership. I'll still get Skool's OK in writing before we launch.
You pay me nothing up front. I take a share of the new money we bring in together. What you earn today stays yours. We agree on the share between us and put it on paper before anything launches.
A 30-minute call. After that I build the first free guide from your existing videos and send it to you. If you like it, the link goes under your next video. If you don't, you've lost nothing.
Call or text me anytime.
Channel, Patreon and Skool numbers and YouTube's policy wording were read from public pages on October 4, 2026. Dollar figures for things we haven't built yet are estimates.
